Program Overview

The Ink Points Loyalty Program is designed to reward our valued clients for their continued patronage and engagement with The Tattoo Valley. By participating in our program, you can earn points through various activities and redeem them for exciting rewards.

Free to Join: Membership in the Ink Points program is completely free and automatic when you create an account with The Tattoo Valley.

Get first choice on appointments

VIP Membership: Once you reach 300 points, you can redeem them for 1-year VIP membership. The expiry date is tracked from your redemption date, not from when you earned the points.

Reward Redemption: You can redeem rewards through your client portal. All redemptions are logged and tracked in your points history.

Terms & Conditions

Automatic Point Awards
  • Spend-based points: 5 points per R500 spent
  • Flash tattoo: +15 points automatically
  • Return within 60 days: +10 points automatically
  • Points awarded immediately after service completion
Manual Point Awards
  • Referrals: +30 points after admin approval
  • Social media tags: +5 points (admin reviewed)
  • 5-star Google reviews: +10 points (admin reviewed)
  • All manual points require staff verification
Referral System
  • Every user gets a unique referral code when they sign up
  • New users can enter a "Referred by" code during signup only
  • Referrals appear in admin dashboard for approval/denial
  • Points awarded only after admin approval
VIP Ink Club
  • Automatically available at 300 points
  • 1-year membership from redemption date (not earning date)
  • 10% discount on all tattoos during membership period
  • R400 birthday voucher annually while VIP active
General Terms
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • All point changes are logged with reasons and admin ID
  • Reward redemption requires minimum point balance
  • One account per person/email address
Program Modifications
  • The Tattoo Valley reserves the right to modify program terms
  • Members will be notified of significant changes
  • All changes are logged in the system
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of changes
